This is a website for owners and residents of Halton Condominium Corporation #372. The objective is to be more pro-active in providing timely information to owners on developments and activities in our community. Periodic emails will be sent as well to notify users of web site updates.

At present we are planning to have separate pages for periodic newsletters, notices of meetings with appropriate documents as well as some historical documents on the condominium’s development. You will see at the top of this page, the menu of pages that are currently available.

To facilitate electronic communication to Owners, it is requested that you complete this form to agree to receive electronic messages. Once completed the form should be returned to the Property Manager, Rafsan Kumar.

When major projects are planned, notices and updates will be posted here on a regular basis.

As you can see from these pages, it is still a work in progress. We are most interested in building this website to meet your needs. So please if you have any suggestions for content, let us know and we will endeavour to include your suggestions in a future update.

At the bottom  of this page and also on the Contacts page, there is the capability to provide comments, ask questions and report issues. Depending on your request it will be forwarded to the Board or the Property Manager.

There will also be a page where you can post your own notices. If you have something to sell or give away, you can post the details on the Bulletin Board page. So before you decide to throw something out, check to see if anyone in the community needs your surplus.
